Please join me Saturday, May 9 at 9 am Arizona time (GMT - 7) for an online meet-up of fellow field sketchers and nature journalers.
This will be a chance to “meet” others who enjoy exploring the world and capturing it in our field journals.
I’ll start with a couple of tutorial sessions aimed at beginners, and each of these will be followed by Q&A opportunities.
First, how I quickly sketch landscapes or nature scenes by reducing the view to shapes and values (light and dark areas).
And second, simple color mixing using just a few colors for getting started adding color to your pages.
